What the call is, and is not
We will say no
If your volume is low enough that the licence costs more than it saves, or a plugin in your stack conflicts, that is the answer you get. It is cheaper for both of us than a refund in week two.
No credentials, ever
We will not ask for WordPress admin access on the call or after it. Anyone who does, claiming to be us, is not us.
