Terms of service
The agreement between you and us: what the licence covers, and what it does not.
1. The agreement
These terms govern your use of the WPCWP plugin and the generation service behind it. By activating a licence on a domain you accept them. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to bind it.
2. Licence grant
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use the plugin on the number of domains your plan allows, for as long as your subscription is active and paid.
You may not resell the plugin, redistribute it, or offer the generation service as a standalone product of your own. Using it to produce content for your clients on sites you manage is expressly permitted — that is what the Agency plan is for.
3. Domain limits
Starter covers one domain. Pro covers five. Developer / Agency covers fifteen domains that you or your clients own.
A staging or development copy of an activated production domain does not consume an additional slot. You may move a licence between domains when a project ends; deactivate it on the old domain first.
4. Unlimited and fair use
"Unlimited" means we do not meter your words, tokens or regenerations, and we do not intend to start. It is a real commitment, not a marketing figure of speech.
It is bounded only by a fair use standard aimed at conduct that is not ordinary editorial work: automated scraping, reselling generated output as a content service, or driving volume that materially degrades the service for other customers. If your usage ever approaches that line we will contact you and discuss it before taking any action. We will not silently throttle you.
5. Content ownership
You own the content you generate, in full, including after your subscription ends. We claim no licence over it and no right to reuse it.
You are responsible for what you publish. AI-generated text can be wrong, and it can unintentionally resemble existing material, so review it before it goes live. The plugin will not generate claims about pricing, specifications, service levels or support hours that it cannot trace to a source you supplied, but that does not remove your obligation to check.
6. Acceptable use
You may not use the service to produce material that is unlawful, that infringes someone else's rights, that impersonates a real person or organisation, or that is designed to deceive readers about who is publishing it. Nor may you use it to generate spam, malware, or content targeting a private individual.
We may suspend a licence that is being used this way. Where circumstances allow, we will tell you why first.
7. Billing and renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. Monthly plans renew monthly, annual plans annually, at the price shown when you subscribed.
If we change our prices, existing subscribers keep their current rate for at least 12 months from the change, and we will email you before it applies.
Cancel at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation stops the next renewal; the licence keeps working until the end of the period you have already paid for.
8. Availability
We aim for 99.9% monthly availability of the generation service. We do not promise uninterrupted service, and planned maintenance is announced in advance where practical.
An outage affects new generation requests only. Your WordPress site, and every article already stored in it, is unaffected — the plugin does not sit in the path of your visitors.
9. Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability under this agreement is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim arose.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or loss of data on your own systems. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
10. Termination
You may terminate at any time by cancelling. We may terminate for material breach of these terms, or for non-payment after we have given you notice and a reasonable chance to fix it.
On termination your licence stops validating and the plugin stops generating new content. Everything already in your database stays exactly where it is, and your site continues to work with the plugin deactivated.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change materially affects your rights we will email licence holders at least 30 days before it takes effect, and continuing to use the service after that date means you accept it.
