Refund policy
Seven days, no questions asked, and the drafts you generated stay yours.
1. The guarantee
If you ask within seven days of your first payment, we refund it in full. There is no questionnaire, no retention call and no requirement to explain yourself.
We also offer a seven-day trial on Starter and Pro that needs no card at all, so most people never reach the point of needing this policy. It exists for the case where you paid, used the product properly, and decided it is not for you.
2. Who is eligible
Any customer within seven days of their first payment on a licence, on any plan, monthly or annual. Eligibility is not affected by how much you generated during those seven days — using the product fully is the only way to evaluate it.
3. How to request one
Email [email protected] from the address on the account, with "refund" in the subject line. Include the domain the licence is activated on so we can find it quickly.
You do not need to deactivate the plugin first. We handle that at our end.
4. When you get the money
We process refunds within two business days of receiving the request. Your bank or card issuer then takes its own time to post it, typically five to ten business days.
The refund returns to the original payment method. We cannot send it anywhere else.
5. What happens to your content
Nothing. Articles you generated are ordinary posts in your own WordPress database and they stay there, published or drafted, exactly as you left them.
We have no mechanism to reach into your site and remove content, and we would not want one. What stops is the licence: the plugin will no longer generate anything new.
6. Renewals
The seven-day guarantee applies to your first payment, not to each renewal. Renewals are not automatically refundable, because by then you have had a full period to decide.
If a renewal caught you by surprise — you meant to cancel and forgot — write to us anyway. We would rather refund an unwanted renewal than argue about it, and in practice we usually do.
7. Annual plans
Annual plans carry the same seven-day guarantee on the first payment, refunded in full.
After seven days an annual plan is not refunded pro rata. You keep access for the remainder of the year you paid for, and you can cancel at any point to stop it renewing.
8. Exceptions
We decline refunds only where a licence was used in breach of the terms of service — resale, redistribution, or generating prohibited material. In those cases the licence is terminated and no refund is due.
We do not decline refunds because you generated a lot of content, activated on multiple domains, or changed your mind quickly.
