End user licence agreement
What you may and may not do with the plugin, and what happens to the words it writes.
Licence granted
OwnWebServers LTD grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use WP Content Writer Pro on the number of sites your plan permits, for as long as your licence is active. You are buying a licence to use the software, not ownership of it.
Per-site scope
A licence is counted per domain. Staging, development and local sites do not count against your limit, up to three times your production allowance. Moving a licence between domains is supported from your dashboard and is not a new purchase.
Your API key
The plugin does not include AI usage. You supply your own API key for one of the supported providers — Anthropic, OpenAI, Google Gemini, NVIDIA NIM or OpenRouter — and the plugin calls that provider directly from your WordPress installation using it.
This has three consequences worth stating plainly. You bear the model costs — we never see, mark up or resell them, and your bill is between you and whichever provider you chose. Your prompts and generated content do not pass through our servers; they travel from your site to that provider under your agreement with them. And your use of that provider is governed by its own terms, not ours.
Your API key is stored in your own WordPress database. We never receive it and cannot recover it for you.
Content you generate
You own the output. We claim no rights over anything the plugin writes for you.
We make no representation that generated text is accurate, original, or fit for publication. Language models state false things fluently. Everything the plugin produces is a draft for you to check, and you are responsible for what you publish.
Restrictions
You may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute the plugin; share a licence key across more sites than your plan permits; remove or alter licensing or attribution code; or use the plugin to generate material that breaches our acceptable use policy.
Agency plans permit installation on client sites you manage. They do not permit distributing the plugin to clients as a product.
Updates and support
An active licence includes plugin updates and support for the term you paid for. If a licence lapses the plugin keeps working on already-activated sites; updates and support stop until it is renewed.
Termination
We may suspend or revoke a licence for breach of this agreement or the acceptable use policy, or on a chargeback. Where we suspend rather than revoke, we will tell you why and what would restore it.
No warranty
The software is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, OwnWebServers LTD excludes implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, and our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before the claim.
This clause and the governing-law position below should be reviewed by a lawyer before launch.
