No. On Starter and Pro you get the full plan on one site for seven days. Developer / Agency has no trial — it starts with a conversation. Capping a trial of an uncapped product would tell you nothing about what the product is actually like to use.
No card is required to begin the trial. You only enter payment details if you decide to continue at the end of the seven days.
Yes, in either direction. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period, so you keep what you paid for.
They stay. Generated articles are ordinary posts in your own database and we have no mechanism to reach into your site and remove them, which is exactly as it should be.
